Green curry for healthy lunch

Hi what's up ! Have you got your lunch for today ? or yo're seeking a healthier version of green curry? Here we go , I made a Green curry for my lunch and it's about 400 calories per serving.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp Green Curry Paste ( I'm using Mae Pranom )
2 tbsp Fiber Creme ( or you can use a coconut milk)
1 Lemongrass
2 Lime Leaves
A lot of Basil Leaves ( coz why not I love it so much )
Salt
100 gr Chicken breast
1 slice Tofu
1/2 Bell Pepper
1/2 Zuchinni ( or you can use an eggplant )
1/2 Carrots medium
1/2 cup brocolli
1 Glass of Water
2 Chili ( if you're like spicy you can add more than this)
Direction :s
1. Mix 1 glass of water & 2 tbs fiber creme and heat it on your sauce pan.
2. Put in 1 Lemongrass & 2 Lime Leaves also 2 tbs of green curry paste. Wait until cook.
3. Put in your chicken breast & carrot and stir them. Wait for 5 minutes.
4. It's time for all the veggies you have to get in , zuchinni , bell pepper, brocolli, tofu , Chili & salt. Wait for 5 minutes.
5. Turn off your stove and it's time to your basil leaves to get in and stir them. The leaves not going to be black just going to be green dark color and you can serve it on your bowl.
