Mix Veggie gyoza ala " le Gino "

Mix Veggie & Gyoza

Hello this time , I wanna share my dinner it's a high protein mix with veggies. I got the Gyoza from @_rasakan_. I'm thingkin it's gonna be boring to eat the gyoza with sauce. So I try to make it more interesting by adding veggies and eggs . For the Gyoza I really loves the taste of ginger mix with the chicken. OMG let's start the recipe.


Ingredients:


2 Shallots

2 Spring Onion

1tbsp Olive oil

1/2Large Carrot

2 Pok choy

4 White Eggs

1tbsp Soy Sauce

1 tbsp salty soy sauce

1/2 tbsp oyster sauce

75 gr Gyoza


Directions:

  1. Pour the olive oil, shallots and spring onion about 1 minute.

  2. Put in Carrot and give a lil bit water then cover up wait until 2 minute.

  3. Put in Eggs , stir a minute and put in your gyoza.

  4. Give some seasoning soy sauce, salty soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix it and put in pok choy.

  5. Voila your mix veggie & gyoza is ready.

Prep : 10 minutes

Cook: 15 Minutes

Total : 25 Minutes
